Overview of Youth Resources
The world is changing at a furious pace. At the forefront of that change is an emerging youth generation – a progressive group more influential than we realize. They will shape our future with power and responsibility. It’s our job as Christian leaders not to ignore this generation or take them lightly. They are next in line to carry the truth forward.
But there are sly temptations and dynamic pressures that steer the loyalties of this generation. Influencers that will no doubt affect their moral fibers. Every day they face choices demanding wisdom not found in our current culture. Our youth resource department understands the epic reality our teenagers are swimming in, and we want to help them navigate.
Family Life is passionate about serving, encouraging, equipping and loving youth workers. Ministering to teenagers today is not for the fainthearted. We really want to be there for you. Whether you’re looking for a renewed perspective, community, training for you and your volunteers, or some encouragement, we are glad you’re here.
We offer a wide variety of essential tools and events to help you do what you do better. Our role is to support you, and we take that role seriously. So we strain for excellence in our resources, a fresh relevance in our approach, and a biblically rich purpose. Our youth resource department is ultimately about relationships. We want to know your plight, what your role is, and what God is compelling you to do for teenagers.
Thrive
Thrive attempts to bring together youth ministry architects; whether your a full-time youth pastor, part-time but feel like you work full-time or you’re a volunteer just learning the ropes, to collaborate in networks in your own communities. The vision of these summits is to brainstorm, learn, recharge and annually pull our energies to care for your our towns and cities through acts of kindness and sacrificial service.
We are developing these networks in:

• Scranton
• Jamestown
Youth Action
Youth Action is our Bath, NY based local ministry to teenagers.
We love to connect with Jr. High and High school teenagers in the surrounding area through high-octane events, memorable summer camps and relevant truth-centered small groups. Our youth action staff love to encourage teenagers in their spiritual journey.
