Family Life's vision for ministering to single adults is to be a resource to both single adults and the leaders who lead single adult ministries. This way the number of lives touched can grow exponentially. Our desire is to help single adults connect with each other and with singles ministries in their communities, along with helping to equip, enrich and encourage the leaders of these ministries.

Here's what Single Source has to offer for singles and their ministry leaders.

Resources for Singles:

  • Family Life's annual Singles Conference is an entire weekend of teaching and connecting with other singles. Because of Covid restrictions, it is unsure when we can have this event. Stay tuned for details!
  • Find a Christian singles group near you. Most groups are not meeting at this time, some are meeting virtually.
  • Find singles events hosted by singles groups in New York and Pennsylvania. Note: Single Source provides this information as a resource to you. Only a few of the events listed on the calendar are Family Life events. Family Life is not responsible for events listed by other groups.
  • Sign up for email reminders about singles events hosted by Christian Singles Groups as well as Family Life’s annual Singles Conference.

More than Single w/ Katie Bernier

Looking for encouragement related to life as a single person? More than Single is a collection of blogs written by Katie Bernier through her own journey of singleness that will inspire and encourage you. Katie’s heart is for people to know their value as a person and their identity in Christ that goes so far beyond a relational status! She invites you to explore how to live singleness with intention, peace, and joy.

Katie is a student director for a discipleship training school and by night she pretends she is secretly Joanna Gaines and a DIY Queen. Katie has an ongoing love affair with coffee and has been known to argue that coffee is her main love language. Her heartbeat and life focus are a simple one: to love well.
