Faith Under Fire: Trinity Lutheran Church Before The U.S. Supreme Court

Trinity Lutheran Church is a case out of the state of Missouri, and goes before the U.S. Supreme Court on April 19th. The church was denied the chance to take part in a state program where recycled tires were used for playground matting, because they were a religious organization. The denial was based on the Blaine Amendment, a law from the 19th century. Family Life's Sarah Harnisch sat down with Hannah Smith of the Becket Fund, the group defending Trinity before the high court. Learn more about the case here:
