Faith Under Fire: Top Court Sides with Pregnancy Centers in CA

In a 5-4 vote, Supreme Court justices ruled that California's law requiring all facilities offering pregnancy services to display and/or distribute a notice about abortion and contraception, which the state argued was appropriate form of regulated speech to ensure public access to medical services.

Brad Mattes, President of Life Issues Institute, gives us a breakdown of the CA law and the Supreme Court's narrow ruling to block it.
