USCIRF is an independent, bipartisan U.S. federal government commission created by the 1998 International Religious Freedom Act (IRFA) to monitor the universal right to freedom of religion or belief abroad. 

Gary Bauer serves as one the agency’s nine commissioners.  He fills us in on this year’s Religious Freedom Summit.
