President Trump's lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, said the campaign has begun prosecuting their case of fraud against the state of Pennsylvania.

On Monday, White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany doubled down, accusing Democrats of voter fraud by opposing voter ID, verifying signatures, etc.

Senator Pat Toomey, of Pennsylvania,  says the president should get his day in court.

Commonwealth Congressman Fred Keller argues late-arriving ballots are not legal. He believes the in-person voting rules should be the same for mail-in ballots when it comes to deadlines.

But, Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro tweeted "The Trump campaign’s latest filing is another attempt to throw out legal votes -- my team and I were already prepared for this. Sleep tight. We will protect the laws of our commonwealth and the will of the people."
