A Bible distribution case has been resolved at Mechanicsburg High School in central Pennsylvania.

A judge has ruled in favor of a Bible club there that was offering Bibles to classmates during non instructional hours.

The Mechanicsburg School District filed suit to prevent the Bible club's activities during the school lunch hour.

The Pennsylvania Family Institute calls the decision a win for students free speech rights.
