Bradford County commissioners are inviting residents to attend a rally next Tuesday in support of House Bill 1391.  It requires gas companies follow a decades-old law when it comes to royalty rights.

Northern Tier residents say they're being ripped off by Chesapeake Energy which is not paying the minimum 12 1/2%  for the gas extracted from private land.

Bradford County commissioner Doug Mclinko.  Motor coaches will ferry land owners to and from Harrisburg for that big house vote on Tuesday.

The problem affects 150,000 families throughout Pennsylvania, including 11,000 properties in Bradford County.
