Officials say 46 campers on a rafting trip, most-girls ages 12 to 16, were pulled from the Leigh River in Pennsylvanian after severe storms spiked the river height in hours.

The alarm was sounded after the rafting company couldn't account for all of the 215 rafters.

One person suffered a minor injury and was taken to the hospital.  That person is still there today.

Onlookers say it's a miracle that of 46 girls in the swollen river--there was not a single serious injury.
