Gun Rights Groups Rallied At The Pennsylvania State Capitol Tuesday In Support Of The Second Amendment

They lobbied for legislation that would eliminate the conceal carry permit requirement.  
One speaker said, "We're a free people, and free men do not ask permission to bear arms."

Under current state law, no license is required for guns carried openly in Pennsylvania if the gun-owner is legally allowed to have a weapon and is not committing a crime.
