Governor Wolf has signed an order setting up a 25-member group that has three months to propose upgrades for care systems in the commonwealth.

The move is aimed at protecting at-risk populations including older citizens in nursing homes, children in foster care, and folks with disabilities.

Wolf will also hire a child proponent for the new Advocacy and Reform agency.
