Representative Mike Reese, says it makes sense for local officials, committed to public safety, to make the decisions.

Governor Wolf has vowed to veto legislation that passed both houses of the general assembly.

The measure returns control to local schools when it comes to spectators at sporting events.

Republican Bill Kortz of Allegheny County, insists we should "not detract from the high school experience" of these children.

The governor says he's working with the state education department on releasing new guidelines on how districts may proceed with spectators at high school sporting events.
