Five people were killed, while sixty more were hurt.

NTSB's Jennifer Homendy says the bus that crashed early Sunday morning in western Pennsylvania was not required to have seat belts.

Officials say they've recovered machinery from the bus that might offer some clues into "throttle position, speed, brake application and steering input."

Homendy says they also have dash-cam video from one of the trucks involved in the chain-reaction crash.
