Joseph Percoco appealed his conviction and sentence on fraud and bribery charges in October.

But a U.S. district judge denied the appeal last week.

Percoco has been sentenced to six years behind bars.

His conviction in March was in connection to accepting more than $300,000 in bribes from companies that wanted to gain influence with the Cuomo administration.
