Court Upholds Dismissal Of Charges Against Former Officials Of Penn State

A Pennsylvania appeals court will not reconsider its decision to throw out the most egregious charges against three former Penn State administrators related to their handling of the Jerry Sandusky child abuse scandal.

The State Superior Court is denying the attorney general's request for re-argument in the case of former Penn State president Graham Spanier, former vice president Gary Schultz and former athletic director Tim Curley.

Those three were accused of covering up the ex-football coach's crimes.
