A Congressman From Ny Is Calling For A Criminal Investigation Of Gov Cuomo

Republican Representative Tom Reed is wanting the federal government to look into the governor's alleged misuse of highway funds.

It has to do with a five-mile stretch of I-90 that runs through the Seneca Indian Nation in western New York.

The governor is refusing to fix the highway due to a dispute with the Senecas over casino revenue payments.

Reed has written a letter to Attorney General William Barr, arguing the governor is guilty of abuse of power by refusing to fix that stretch of highway.
