A 12 Year Old Syracuse Boy Is On The Adventure Of His Life To Raise Money For Sick Kids
06.29.17 |
Adam Koss and his parents took in a Detroit Tigers game last night, and he talked about why he's going to a ballgame at all 30 major league stadiums this summer.
The youth says this allows him to combine his bar mitzvah and his love of baseball.
Koss says he's raising money this summer for three childhood medical charities as he and his parents visit all 30 major league baseball stadiums in just 60 days.
Detroit was the sixth stop on "Adam's MLB Road Trip." Koss says they'll be traveling 11,500 miles in 60 days. The money raised will go to the Make A Wish Foundation, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and St. Baldrick's Foundation, which fights childhood cancer.
