3 Green Peppers Cored and Seeded and sliced in half lengthwise
About a pound of ground beef
1 egg
1/4 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup A-1 Sauce
1/2 Small Onion Diced
1 Clove of garlic minced
1 Tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 Tbsp Worstershire sauce
1/4 Cup of Uncooked Rice
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Basil
1 Tbsp Parsley Chopped
1 14.5 Ounce Petite Diced Tomatoes
Place the peppers in a large pan with sides. Combine all the ingredients except the diced tomatoes and stuff the peppers with the meat mixture. Top with diced tomatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until fully cooked and peppers are tender. Serve and enjoy!
