About a pound of ground beef
1 egg
1/4 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup A-1 Sauce
1/2 Small Onion Diced
1 Clove of garlic minced
1 Tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 Tbsp Worstershire sauce
1/4 Cup of Uncooked Rice
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Basil
1 Tbsp Parsley Chopped

1 14.5 Ounce Petite Diced Tomatoes

Place the peppers in a large pan with sides. Combine all the ingredients except the diced tomatoes and stuff the peppers with the meat mixture. Top with diced tomatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until fully cooked and peppers are tender. Serve and enjoy!

I presume that the ground beef needs to be browned before putting into the pepper?

No, Barry, the meat mixture cooks as you bake it..

Great timing. I wanted to make my son one of his favorite dishes for his 29th birthday party tomorrow and heard you had this recipe on the website. Haven't made it in years. Thanks!
