I'm making this for my family... lol. It looks so good, I just hope I can get remotely close to the picture. Any who, I'm gonna use this to brighten the spirits of my family and to show some free no-strings-attached love. Lol, and to cook some more... ;)

This will be my late V-day present to my parents. One small step for man... let's hope the kitchen survives.

It looks great, but I can't do seeds. Is there something else to coat with that would be as nutritional and as tasty? thanks!

Glad we got some adventurous spirits out there!
Eileen, try some seasoned panko bread crumbs instead. The sauce is where the true flavor is!
If there is a digestion problem, tahini is sesame paste... all the flavor without the seeds. You can rub some on instead of the sesame seeds!
God Bless and Enjoy!

I love this recipe, it's my favorite salmon recipe. I have made it many times but I have one problem. The glaze never becomes thick for me, no matter how long I simmer it. Any suggestions?
