BBQ Sauce-- All natural without any corn syrup!

  • 2 Cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup Molasses
  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Mesquite Seasoning
  • 1 Can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
  • 1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar

Combine all Ingredients!


Beef Short Ribs

  • 6-8 Beef Short Ribs
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup Oil
  • 1 Cup Water
  • Homemade BBQ Sauce

Mix the spices together. Season the ribs all over with the seasonings. Heat oil in pan until hot but not smoking. Sear the ribs on all sides. Transfer ribs to a pan and add water. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 2.5 hours until meat is starting to fall off the bone. Refrigerate overnight if desired. 
Heat grill on high and place ribs on the grill. Brush with BBQ sauce and turn to coat. Turn often so as not to burn! Serve!!!!


Baked Beans--- Nitrate Free!!!

  • 16 Oz Small Red Beans Soaked overnight
  • 4-5 Strips of Pepper Bacon (UNCURED) Chopped
  • 1 Vidallia Onion Chopped
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Molasses
  • 1/2 Tsp salt
  • 6 Cups Water
  • 2 Cups BBQ sauce

Drain and rinse the beans. In a medium pot, cook bacon and onions until onions are translucent and bacon starts to get crispy. Add brown sugar and stir, cook for about a minute. Add the molasses, salt and water and bring to a boil. Boil for about 30 mins and then transfer to a pan and cover with foil. Bake at 350 Degrees for about two hours, beans should be cooked but not mushy. Add bbq sauce and adjust seasonings if desired. Serve


Potato Salad

  • 2 Pounds Red Potatoes 
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 4 Eggs, Hard boiled, peeled and chopped
  • 1 Green Pepper, diced
  • 1/2 Vidallia onion diced
  • 4-5 stalks celery diced
  • 2 Cups Mayo
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

In a large pot, boil potatoes with first listed salt until potatoes are tender. Cool and chop. Combine all ingredients and serve!


Grilled Corn

For the perfect grilled corn, soak corn in water overnight refrigerated. Grill in the husk and turn often. Brush with melted butter and season with salt and pepper!
