Nick's Picks: Maple Pecan Pork Chops

12.11.13 | Nick Finlayson | Comments[1]

A taste of the season!

1 Pound Pork Loin (sliced thin for chops)

About 2 Cups Finely chopped Pecans

3 Eggs

Salt and Pepper

3 Tbsp Butter

2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

In a bowl, whisk the eggs until scrambled and add the salt and pepper to taste

Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a little oil

Coat the pork chops in the eggs and dredge them into the pecans, completely covering them. Place in pan and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes being careful not to burn the chops.

In a small pan, melt together the butter and syrup. Drizzle over plated pork chops and serve!
