Nick's Picks: Grilled Peaches

Campfire food goes fresh and juicy with a simple recipe that takes your average peach and transforms it into a hot, juicy dessert.  Start by halving a peach, and removing the pit.  Place face down on the grill and allow it to generate a low seer.  Be careful not to cook too long, to keep the peach from becoming overly mush.  Serve with a cinnamon butter, or drizzle with honey.  Try grilling watermelon and pineapple too to bring the sweetness of summer grilling to the dinner table.

Here Nick explain how it's done when you click here.

My husband attended the Pastor's conference & raved about the food! He especially liked the Italian Chicken. Is that a recipe that you would share?
God Bless you for making them all feel special with such a delicious meal!!
