Nick's Picks: Chocolate Pumpkin Cookies

1 Cup Canned Pumpkin
1 Cup White Sugar
1/2 Cup of Oil
1 Egg
2 Cups of Flour
2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Baking Soda
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Milk
1 Tbsp Vanilla
2 Cups Semi Sweet Choc Chips
Combine pumpkin, sugar, oil and egg
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt
Dissolve baking soda in the milk and add it to the flour mixture
Add flour mix to the pumpkin and mix well. Add vanilla and chocolate chips
Spoon out rounded spoonfuls on sprayed cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
Cookies should be soft when done, but not gooey! Cool on a rack.
Makes about 2 dozen cookies

Just took the last cookie sheet out of the oven & I must say the recipe was very easy to make & yummy to eat!!!! Would recommend these moist & tasty treats to anyone looking for a delicious cookie to have w/their cup of tea or cold glass of milk =)
