Nick's Picks: Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

A delicious and easy meal that your family is sure to enjoy!
8oz Ham Diced
1 Pound Chicken Breast
1 Pound Rigatoni Pasta
8oz Swiss Cheese Shredded
1 1/2 Cups Milk
8 oz Cream Cheese
2 Tsp Dried Minced Onion
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper
1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
3 Tbsp Melted Butter
Cook the chicken and dice (you can cook the chicken however you like, I usually boil it)
Combine chicken and ham in a large bowl.
In a medium sauce pot, combine milk and cream cheese. Heat over medium heat until smooth, stir often. Add seasonings and swiss. Remove from heat and let the cheese melt.
Cook the pasta as per directions on the box. Drain and combine with chicken and ham. Add sauce to the bowl and stir to combine. Transfer to a 9x13 baking dish (sprayed) and turn on the broiler.
Top with panko bread crumbs and drizzle with melted butter. Place in broiler until top is golden brown, about 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy! Serves 4-6
