2 lb. ground chuck 2 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 c. Wheaties 1 env. Lipton onion soup mix 1/4 to 1/3 c. catsup 3/4 c. milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl lightly mix together meat, soup mix, eggs, catsup, Wheaties, and water. Shape into loaf; pack gently in loaf pan. Place meatloaf pan in a large shallow baking pan with little water in the bottom, this will allow meat to cook all through and not dry it out.
