How long does it usually take on the grill to reach 165 degrees? If done in the oven, at what temp. and how long? I'm assuming you just rolled the chicken in the seasoning mix and that's it.

Carol,
It should take about 45 minutes either on the grill with the lid open, or in an oven at 350 degrees. Rub a little oil over the chicken and sprinkle the seasonings heavily ALL over the chicken!

I had some of this left and used it as a rub on our steak last night. It was great!!!!!
