Family Life contests are open to those 18 years or older, unless otherwise specified by Family Life, or its promotional affiliates. There is no purchase or donation necessary to enter or win a Family Life contest. Only one prize may be won, per household, every 30 days. Employees of Family Life and their immediate families are not eligible to participate or win.
By participating, participants and winners give Family Life permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices and likeness in connection with promotion and wave any claims to royalty or right for such use. Winners are responsible for any and all taxes associated with winning a prize. All entries become property of Family Life. Prizes have no cash value and are non-transferrable, unless otherwise specified. Contests are void where prohibited. No cash substitution of prizes allowed.
By participating, participants wave and release all claims of liability against Family Life for actions including, but not limited to, personal injury or financial loss, which arise as a result of participation in the contest, or from use of a prize. Family Life is not responsible for prizes which are sent through US Mail that are lost, stolen or damaged. Family Life may substitute prize of similar value, either before or after a winner has been selected.
In the event of disputes regarding contests, the decision of Family Life is final. Contests may be changed or discontinued at anytime. All rules are subject to change without notice.
