When I was in Chicago 13 years ago WMBI had a early Sunday morning worship program. It was a man who was real soft spoken. The music played was a lot of instrumental of playing hymns or soft worship music.
I get the whole idea of being contemporary.
Sunday morning from 6:00am - 9:00am I would bet most of your listeners are middle age church people getting ready for church. It was a great way to prepare for church.
I bet it would be received well by your listeners.
It would be a nice break to listen to Great is Thy Faithfulness than the latest top 10 christian songs.
Thanks,
Vince Eisaman

I love FLN, but a lot of the time you guys play the same, newest songs over and over again. I heard Big Daddy Weave's song "Redeemed" so many times that I'm sick of hearing it, even though the words are great. I think there needs to be a greater variety of songs that are played besides the latest. What about classics like "Awesome God" by Rich Mullins, or "Shine, Jesus, Shine" by Graham Kendrick?

I've been hearing some music that I listened to when I recommitted my life [the early 90's]. What a refreshing, since I've been in prayer asking the Lord to refresh my spirit and relationship with Him! I know I'm only 1 in a million, but the Lord heard my cry and has used you all to respond. May this be an encouragement to anyone out there listening....
