The dry facts in history textbooks will be coming to life in Apalachin, NY, about a half hour west of Binghamton, as the Waterman Conservation and Education Center sponsors its annual Walk Through Time event on Hiawatha Island on July 14 and 15, 2007. Join Martha Manikas-Foster as we learn how a Native American festival will be added to this annual event that features flint nappers, soap makers, Civil War and cowboy re-enactors and others with authentic historical skills.
