For eight years, the sky has rained wood chips for a week each winter in Ridgway, PA, as chainsaw artists gather for the largest wood carving event of its kind in the world. It's the Ridgway Rendezvous, a time when more than 200 artists from over 14 countries find their way to this town of 4300 that's an hour and quarter southeast of Warren.
