The Catharine Valley Trail, near Watkins Glen, NY, is a walking, biking, hiking, snowshoeing, and x-country skiing rails-to-trails adventure in New York's Finger Lakes region. Join Martha Manikas-Foster in this "Neighborhoods in the Network" report on the six mile trail in the Watkins Glen area that organizers hope to expand to the full length of twelve miles by the year 2010.
