Taco seasoning

Ranch Salad Dressing (note: make your own mayo in 5 minutes to make this extra nutritious!)

Sarah's 3 Favorite Quick-Prep Dinners:

Crockpot Sesame Orange Chicken From Against All Grain
(A stunning substitute for Chinese food!)

Parmesan Chicken:
Recipe: 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1 c Greek yogurt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Spread mix over chicken breasts coated in yogurt, bake at 375 for 45 mins.

Bacon-Wrapped Chicken:
Wrap chicken breasts with bacon and sprinkle with the seasoning "Kickin Chicken". Cook for 45 minutes. The last 5, sprinkle Monterrey Jack cheese . Serve with a slice of tomato on top.

Dear Sarah,
I would like to know where you get your pork from since the meat is usually preserved with nitrate and nitrite. I also cannot eat these due to migraines. Thanks... Many Blessings.. And Thanks for all the excellent information you share...

Hello Melissa! You bring up a great point. All meat has the potential to be preserved in nitrates-- especially deli meat. I avoid this by buying directly from a small farmer. Nitrates are used because they are a cheap form of preserving meat while it sits on a shelf in a store. By buying directly from farmers, you avoid the need for a shelf life.
