11.28.07 |
Once a year, the people of Wellsboro, PA - as well as visitors and vendors - don Victorian costumes to sing, recite, sell their wares or just stroll the only downtown in all of Pennsylvania still allowed to be lit by gas lamp. Join Martha Manikas-Foster to learn more about this city twenty minutes west of Mansfield and its Dickens of a Christmas celebration that's been held on the first Saturday of December since 1984.
