Studies have shown that a lack of sleep contributes to a host of health problems, including increased risk for high blood pressure, heart disease and even stroke.  And to top it all off a lot of parents have trouble getting their young kids to bed this time of year because of the Day Light Savings. But FLN's Sherri Watters says there are certain foods that can help you and your family sleep better, and she shares those in this week's "Food For Thought."
