The march to get licensed and married as same-sex couples in Iowa has begun. The Hawkeye State began issuing those marriage licenses Monday in compliance with an Iowa Supreme Court decision earlier this month. Homosexual couples reportedly make their way to courthouses across the state, even as ordained ministers, civil magistrates and judges struggle with the dilemma of whether or not they could be legally liable if they refused to marry the couples.
FLN's Ed Thomas speaks with Douglas Napier with the Alliance Defense Fund, a conservative law firm that is urging public officials to ignore the same-sex marriage law.
