Will New York become the fifth in a line of states that have legalized same-sex marriage? The answer to that question may lie in how residents respond to a bill proposed by Governor Paterson. It was rejected several years ago by the State Senate when it was a Republican-majority chamber. But what other factors are working behind the scenes to bring this issue to the forefront of issues at hand for lawmakers? What can Christians do in response?
