Calorie Counting 2014

16 companies have pledged to cut back the number of calories in their foods in 2013. They include General Mills, Campbell Soup, ConAgra Foods, Smuckers, Kraft Foods, Kellogg, Nestle, Coca-Cola, Pepsi and Hershey.

It sounds good on the surface, but there are a lot of red flags with the story. To tear out its inner workings, Family Life's Sarah Harnisch spoke with Lara Parilla Kaltman, of the Tompkins County Cornell Cooperative Extension.
