World March For Peace Kicks Off In New Zealand

The World March for Peace kicks off today in New Zealand with the goal of marching on all six continents. The march is being organized by a group called World Without Wars, which is calling for the elimination of violent conflicts of all kinds. In the U.S., events kick off with a human peace sign in Santa Monica, California and an interfaith ceremony at New York Harbor. The March for Peace will reach the U.S. on November 30th, starting in New York City and will end up on the west coast on December 3rd.
