Will Obama Administration Fight Unlimited Access To The Morning After Pill

Today is the last day to halt implementation of the morning after pill for girls, and the case is being heard in New York. President Obama's administration, which has said it's against unrestricted sales of the pill, is running out of time to halt implementation of a federal judge's ruling. This ruling is different then the one that sets the purchase age at 15, because it opens sales to any age. A judge in Brooklyn refused to delay enforcement of the law, and said anyone who wants to appeal the decision has until today to file.
