Which Dyes And Preservatives Cause The Most Trouble

The government has just completed its very first study into which dyes and preservatives in food give your kids bad behaviors. What kind of behaviors? A lack of concentration, tempers, interupting, hyperactivity, struggling to sleep, fliddling with objects, and disturbing others. Reseachers gave 227 3-year-olds a fruit juice with artificial colors and preservatives that were well below national limits, for 2 weeks. Then they switched them to a juice with no fake colors or preservatives. The difference was so dramatic scientists concluded children's behavior could be changed by removing dyes and preservatives from their diet. It was beneficial to all children, but especially kids that suffered from allergies.
