It is general election day in New York and Pennsylvania. Polls are open until 9 p.m. in New York, 8 p.m. in Pennsylvania.

In New York, "Prop 1" is the most contentious issue, whether or not to expand casino gambling in the Empire State. In Pennsylvania, a state Superior Court judge's seat is up for grabs.
