Vfw Sues Obama Administration

The VFW has filed a lawsuit against the Obama Administration-- over the Mohave cross in California. The cross, erected by veterans in 1934, has stood as the country's only national monument dedicated specifically to World War 1 vets. Less then 2 weeks after a Supreme Court ruling last year, vandals tore down and stole the cross-- leaving just an empty hole in the ground. The Obama Administration has refused to permit the cross's reconstruction-- and declined to answer an appeal by veteran's groups. Kelly Shackelford, the President of the Liberty Institute, says the way our government has treated veterans is a disgrace to their service and dedication.
