All eyes are on the U.S. Supreme court today, where yet another major ruling is expected. Will it be the President's healthcare reform law or Arizona's new immigration law? At least one ruling is expected today, and possibly another Monday before the court recesses at the end of the month. University of Pennsylvania law professor Theodore Ruger says the stage is set for a potentially landmark ruling. He says "if the court strikes down Obama's healthcare plan, it would be the most important federal statute since the New Deal Era."  The Justices were tasked with deciding whether the clause requiring all Americans to buy health insurance or pay a penalty violates the constitution.
