Upstate New York Schools Fight Back Against Music Art Cuts

 Music and art programs in public schools have taken a hit with budget cuts. But in Western New York, schools are fighting back. Four schools have submitted video entries to the "Glee Give A Note" contest. It's based on the popular Glee T.V. series, and the goal is to try to earn 50-thousand-dollars for their school. Brockport, Batavia, York Central Schools and Rochester's School Without Walls have all made submissions. Brockport lost one part time music instructor because of budget cuts, and the choir has had to cancel events because of funding. The school that has the most votes wins the cash.
