A conservative group based out of Iowa has asked all Republican candidates to sign the 14 point "Marriage Pledge" -- saying he's against same-sex marriage, same-sex military accomodations and forms of Islamic law. Michelle Bachman and Rick Santorum have alread signed it; Romney is the first candidate to say no.

Meanwhile, a town clerk from Broome County, New York is believed to be the first to quit her job over the state's gay marriage law.
