Traditional families lost against gay rights activists in Arkansas on Wednesday. The whole fight started when an Arkansas grocery store put a magazine shield in front of the latest issue of "Us Magazine." The shields are generally used to block the cover art on magazines like "Playboy" to protect young shoppers. But this week, they covered up a photo of Elton John with his domestic partner, and their baby. A shopper who spotted the shields took a photo with her cell phone and forwarded it to CNN, the "Ellen Show", the ACLU, and G.L.A.A.D  --  the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation. The grocery chain's corporate office says customer complaints about the magazine cover have been overruled, and the shields are gone.
