Toyota Extends Sales Incentives To May 3rd
04.07.10 |
Toyota is extending sales incentives until May 3rd that were scheduled to end this week. The auto company also is making its two-year free maintenance program available to all Toyota buyers and will keep offering no-interest loans to those purchasing six of its vehicle models. The auto giant's sales drop at the start of 2010 was tied to safety recalls of over eight-million Toyotas worldwide.
In early March the company started offering customers its most generous incentives ever, triggering a price war between major automakers selling in the U.S. Toyota's incentives boosted its March U.S. sales by 41-percent and helped contribute to a 24-percent jump that month in auto sales nationwide.
