One year ago today, President Obama ushered in sweeping changes to the country's healthcare system by signing the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act into law.  Debate on the law continues.  Surveys by the Kaiser Family Foundation show support has never gone beyond the 50-percent mark.  Next year will be critical.  Healthcare industry consultant Robert Laszewski says if Republicans win the White House or sweep Congress they could dismantle it.  Also, next year is when constitutional challenges to the law may be settled by the Supreme Court.  A C.N.N. poll shows 37-percent of all Americans support it, 59-percent oppose it.
