A Pennsylvania lawmaker plans to introduce a bill this fall that constitute an all-out ban on all driving with cell phones. The bill would not ban hands free devices. The bill's sponsor is representative Joseph Markosek. He says "trying to get people aware that they need to change their behavior when they're driving, and anything they do while they're driving, is a distraction." Penndot says 58 people were killed last year across the state of Pennsylvania because of distracted driving. Ten other states have similar bans.
