Teacher Wants All Kids To Be Forced To Take Drivers Education In Pa Schools

  A driver's education teacher wants mandatory training back in Pennsylvania schools. In the wake of two deadly accidents involving mid-state teenagers, a driver's ed instructor is calling on lawmakers to mandate training.  Teacher Charles Bowen wants mandatory driver's ed re-instated in public schools.  Five teenagers were killed in a one-vehicle crash in Adams County after school Monday.  On Tuesday, a tragic accident in Lancaster County claimed the lives of three siblings. A law that imposes stricter training requirements for teen drivers goes into effect Christmas day-- but it doesn't have any effect on what the schools are required to teach.
